RIGHT OF RETURN & REFUNDS
We grant you 14 days right of withdrawal.
Please send your return to the following address:

! Please include a note with your order number.
Otherwise, the return procedure may be delayed due to difficulties in identifying the return.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the returned goods within 14 days at the latest.Please remember that you bear all the costs of the return yourself. You can send the map with any delivery service (DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx or ParcelForce).

WARRANTY
The guarantee covers maps with manufacturing defects.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY:
- if the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended use or if it is used in a manner inconsistent with the basic recommendations for use and storage;
- parts are damaged during product removal;
- any physical damage to the product as a result of falling, hitting or excessive physical force;
- some colour variations (due to the natural characteristics of the material);
- with a slight curvature of the parts, as wood is a natural material, and depending on the season and the temperature difference in the room, the parts of map may be curved.
We are not responsible for how the map holds on the wall - we are responsible for the quality of the product.
However, we cannot guarantee that your wall and conditions (temperature and humidity) are suitable.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel an agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the final goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, please inform us (email: contact.wooden.store@gmail.com) about your decision.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You should return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send off the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We will refund the cost of the products to a customer, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the product if:
- the customer could not be contacted during the delivery process;
- the customer has provided an invalid telephone number and/or email address;
- the customer has given an invalid address;
- the customer was mistaken about the colour, size or type of map ordered;
- the customer has received the map undamaged and in accordance with the description of the goods and simply returns the map at their will.

COMPLAINTS

If you discover a product defect within after receiving the product, you can file a complaint.

How can you do this?
1) contact dreamforwood Customer Service (contact.wooden.store@gmail.com) to let us know you wish to complain about the product;
2) send the package back.
Your complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days of delivery to our warehouse.
In the event that the chosen method of resolving a complaint is not feasible, we will contact you to determine an alternative method of compensation.
